  • Delegation – the logical next step from Time Management, yet how to do it successfully using 10 simple steps.

  • Handle Difficult Conversations.  Every manager has them.  A simple technique can help take the fear out of having them.

 

Making Learning Last

Online learning can be boring and does not always stick.  That’s why we have created our own platform to get as close to the face-to-face training we have been delivering globally for years.  We also use our own methodology to ensure learning lasts.

  • By Asking participants to reflect and appraise what they know already, we establish a starting point for learning the size of the skills gap.  We look to close the gap by Teaching the skill. We use assignments, videos, quizzes and animations to break up the content and increase interaction between the platform and the user.

  • The weekly Drop-in Clinics by Zoom provide a valuable opportunity to Talk about the themes of the modules, checking understanding and challenging ideas, as well as asking for advice, from peers and course creators, Jane Owens and Helen Flack. 

  • This essential, in the moment Support also really helps to build a new manager’s confidence in the skills that they are learning online.  For you, we give you a Leader’s Pack to show you what your people should be learning, questions you could ask about what they have learnt and timescales to help keep them focused and on track.

Six months is too short!

We know that people learn at different rates, that’s why we keep the courses live for 12 months from sign-in.  This means that each new course opens monthly, and once open, they can be used to refresh and remind until the end of 12 months.  Plenty of time to revisit and remind to get it right!

From Aspirational Manager to Accomplished Manager within 6 Months

  • Lasting Learning

    Modules are designed to take into consideration the different learning styles people have to keep them engaged, using assignment activities to apply new skills immediately in the workplace.

    Content is built with the skills and knowledge of workplace business training across the globe. Jane Owens and Helen Flack have worked in training delivery for over 30 years each and are accredited coaches and facilitators in EBW (Emotions and Behaviours at Work) emotional intelligence training.

    Participants are invited to weekly, virtual Drop-In Clinics, where they have the opportunity to ask Jane and Helen questions about the content, as well as their own challenges in the workplace so that they can accelerate towards being that Accomplished Manager.

    Leaders receive a regular updates and get a Leaders Pack so that they can offer support when needed, as well as giving them an understanding of the complete Learning Journey.

Leader Sign-in - set-up your Managers by adding their details - this sends them an email to invite them to start their Accelerated Journey. You can see who is signed in and active in your organisation. You can also check payments and invoices, as well as access all the modules yorself!

Participant Sign-in - They will see their Accelerated Journey as it is released, once their subscription is activated. Modules are released in 28 day intervals.
